To book a makeup session with MG Muah, we recommend starting with a personalized consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss your preferences, style, and any specific requirements you may have. Once the details are confirmed, we will proceed with scheduling your makeup session.


Booking Confirmation

Your booking is considered confirmed once we have received any required booking fees or deposits and finalized the session details. The booking fee amount will be communicated during the consultation.



Changes to Bookings

If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.



Cancellation Policy



Cancellation by Client

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your makeup session. To do so, please notify us at least 2 days in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of any booking fees or deposits.



Cancellation by MG Muah

While we strive to provide our services as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel or reschedule a session. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find an alternative date or time.



Refunds

Booking fees or deposits are non-refundable unless MG Muah cancels the session or if the cancellation is made within the specified notice period. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.



Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your makeup session, please contact us at least 3 days before the scheduled date. We will do our best to find a suitable alternative date and time for your session.
